Policies Cancellation & Rescheduling • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service fee. • In cases of emergencies, please contact me directly to discuss options. Late Arrivals • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment canceled, and the 50% fee will apply. New Color Clients • All new color clients are required to schedule a consultation prior to any color services. This ensures the best possible results tailored to your needs. Service Guarantee • I take pride in my work and want you to love your results. If you experience any issues with your service, please contact me within 7 days for a complimentary adjustment. Adjustments are only valid for the same service originally performed and do not include changes to the original request. Limitations of Liability • The stylist is not responsible for: • Reactions caused by undisclosed allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions. • Damage to hair or extensions due to failure to follow aftercare instructions. Cancellation Policy
